Queenstown Kitchen Remodel
Welcome to the beautiful Queenstown Kitchen remodel, a delightful project that brought joy to a wonderful family we had the pleasure of working with before. Having already completed a master bath at this house and another kitchen in their Columbia home, this remodel was a special and enjoyable experience.
The transformation involved removing several walls to create an open and flowing space, seamlessly joining the kitchen and dining room. A stunning corner window was added, providing a picturesque view of the Wye River. The kitchen layout was reimagined, with appliances relocated and ductwork installed for the downdraft and induction cooktop.
The cabinetry, provided by Annapolis Kitchen and Bath, is a standout feature of the remodel. Holiday framed, ½” Hybrid, and ½” plywood cabinetry in cherry full overlay Seaside doors with a captivating Granite stain, exuding both warmth and sophistication. The two-piece crown molding with inverted base trim and a 3” large cove crown molding on top adds a touch of elegance to the cabinetry.
The granite countertops, supplied by In Home Stone, feature a stylish ¼” bevel, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the kitchen. The space came together beautifully under the expert guidance of our designer, Diane Godfrey of Annapolis Kitchen and Bath, who collaborated seamlessly with the couple, having worked with them on previous projects.
The appliances, sourced from Appliance Source in Annapolis, MD, complement the modern kitchen, adding functionality and convenience to the space. The construction and installation were skillfully executed by DLC Inc., a trusted and experienced kitchen and bath remodeling and general contracting company in Annapolis, MD, serving the community for over 20+ years.
This Queenstown Kitchen remodel truly transformed the old water house into a warm and modern retreat. The family can now enjoy the picturesque views and the warmth of their beautifully remodeled kitchen, making it a place to cherish and create lasting memories for years to come.
